Introduction To Thought is an unprecedented introductory thought course, in which I teach you what is thought, how the thought process works in your life and in your world, how to use mindfulness to reduce overthinking, how to use meditation to stop random day to day, mundane thoughts, so you can access you subconscious and superconscious thoughts. In Introduction To Thought I give you a beginning understanding of the power of thought so you begin to control and direct your thoughts to create the life of your dreams.

You will learn about thought, gain a beginning understanding of what is thought, how the thought process works, and how your thoughts impact your life and how their impact the world. 

 

You will learn about the five energy bodies; Physical body, Etheric body, Emotional body, Mental body and the Casual body, and their function in the storage and processing of thought.

You will learn about the seven chakras; Root, Sexual, Solar Plexus, Heart, Expression, Third Eye, & Crown, how to activate and balance them, and what they represent in the development of the human thought process.  

You will learn about mindfulness, how to be more mindful in your relationships and how to use mindfulness to reduces your level of thought.

You will learn everything you need to know about meditation; the key to activating and accessing your subconscious thoughts; it's benefits, it's impact on a person's life, and how to do it. 

About Thought Expert Joyce Lewis.

Joyce is a Thought Expert who understand every aspect of human thought. Her teachings on the power of thought has helped many people change their lives, by discovering old limiting and disempowering thoughts, and changing them to new empowering thoughts. It is Joyce's belief that this is the most crucial time in the history of our planet, and control and direction of thought is the best and only tool available to us to stop us from self-destructing.

Meditation is the key to activating this tool. 

Joyce is Thought Expert, author, poet and spiritual motivational speaker. She was born in the Caribbean and moved to Northern Ireland in 2010, where she discovered the power of thought and its unequal ability to heal lives and to heal the world.
